A warming blend of Red Rooibos, Turmeric, Ginger and spices, meant to warm your soul in the colder months, or add to the heat of summer. Our lactose-free take on Golden Milk, we created this recipe to be a blend of Golden Milk and Chai flavors, without the caffeine many Chai blends have. This blend is rich in antioxidants, supports a healthy inflammatory response,* and is one of our personal favorites. I drink this tea most days of the week.
Flavor Profile: Red Rooibos sets a smooth tone for this blend, complementing the spicy earthiness of the star of the show- Turmeric. Ginger and Cinnamon add a sweet and spicy zest, while Black Pepper, Cloves and Cardamom round out the flavors, adding a rich and pungent, yet calming taste.
Ingredients: Red Rooibos, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger, Black Peppercorns, Cardamom.
Brew Instructions: Add 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp of tea into your infuser depending on your taste. Pour 12 ounces boiling water over the infuser for a stronger cup, 16 ounces boiling water for a lighter cup. Allow to steep 3-5 minutes. Add honey and milk to taste, or enjoy as is!
Size Options: Tea is available in both Steam and Spice Glass Jars, and refill pouches. Both options come with the same amount of tea; 15 - 45 servings depending on how strong you make your cup! Glass jars are dishwasher safe; wooden lids hand wash only.
Net Weight: 4.32 oz (122.5 g)
Safety Notes: While this golden tea blend is crafted from deeply comforting, time-tested traditional roots and spices, botanicals interact uniquely with everyone's body. Please review these standard notes before enjoying:
- Active Roots & Spices: Turmeric and ginger are highly active traditional botanicals. If you have a sensitive digestive lining, you may notice a vibrant, warming sensation; feel free to adjust your brewing time or add milk to soften the cup.
- Routine Changes: As a natural food, this caffeine-free blend is best enjoyed as part of a balanced daily routine. If you are taking daily prescription medications, navigating specific health regimens, or preparing for a scheduled medical procedure, it is always a best practice to check with your healthcare provider before introducing new herbal additions.
