Safety Notes: While our Peppermint Leaf Tea is a pure, gentle, and refreshing herbal infusion, herbs interact uniquely with everyone's body. Please review the following standard notes before enjoying:
- Digestive Sensitivities: Because peppermint inherently relaxes the natural systems of the digestive tract, individuals who have highly sensitive digestive linings or experience frequent post-meal warmth may wish to monitor their personal comfort or adjust their steeping time.
- Infants & Toddlers: While wonderful for adults and older children, strong peppermint infusions are not recommended for infants or toddlers under the age of two.
- Routine Changes: As an all-natural food, peppermint is best enjoyed as part of a balanced daily lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking daily prescription medications, or navigating specific health regimens, it is always a best practice to check with your care team before introducing new concentrated herbal additions.
