Grown exclusively in the sun-baked Cederberg Mountains of South Africa, Red Rooibos is a deeply soothing, ruby-hued botanical treasure. Unlike green rooibos, these leaves undergo a traditional oxidation and fermentation process, which coaxes out their rich, amber color and distinctively sweet, comforting character. Prized for generations as a daily wellness ritual, this robust herbal infusion is naturally rich in potent antioxidants that help promote overall vitality and nourish your body from the inside out.* Best of all, Red Rooibos is completely caffeine-free, making it the perfect cup to warm your soul day or night.
Flavor Profile: Naturally sweet, smooth, and full-bodied. Red Rooibos features a rich, nutty flavor with subtle woodsy undertones and a naturally sweet finish, completely free of bitterness.
Ingredients: Red Rooibos
Brew Instructions: Add 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp of tea into your infuser depending on your taste preference. Pour 12 ounces of boiling water over the infuser for a stronger cup, or 16 ounces for a lighter cup. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes (Red Rooibos loves a longer steep to fully unlock its sweet profile!). For a cold brew, steep 1/2 cup Red Rooibos tea in a half gallon of cold, filtered water for 12–14 hours in the fridge before straining. Add sugar or honey to taste, or enjoy as is!
Size Options: Tea is available in both Steam and Spice Glass Jars, and refill pouches. Both options come with the exact same amount of tea; yielding 15 to 45 servings depending on your brewing strength! Glass jars are dishwasher safe; wooden lids are hand wash only.
Net Weight: 2.64 oz (75 g)
